Edward came to SMS Tech Solutions after three decades traveling through corporate America — a career in investment banking, product management, strategic planning, and even a stint as a CFO, serving clients and building businesses along the way. He saw in what Sally Shorb built something worth dedicating those skills to.

His focus every day is straightforward: make sure every SMS client has access to top tier service, the widest possible product selection, and pricing that competes with anyone in the industry — no matter their size or budget.

SMS Tech Solutions was born out of loyalty. When the company Sally Shorb worked for collapsed in 2004, she didn’t walk away from her clients — she built something new for them.

As a single mom, the stakes couldn’t have been higher. But Sally incorporated SMS Tech Solutions that same year and spent the next two decades growing it into a trusted, nationwide technology partner serving clients across 40 states. She retired in 2024, leaving behind a company built on integrity, responsiveness, and genuine care for every client. That foundation remains at the heart of everything we do.
